I brought my son's car in for what I thought was going to be a fairly expensive repair. I pushed Tri-County to give me a ballpark estimate for what it might cost......worse case scenario, best case scenario....and they were very upfront with me which I appreciated. The truth is that I purchased this vehicle from my father who did tell me that he had an extended warranty on it, but I had forgotten this. I resigned myself to the fact that I would have to pay out-of-pocket completely for the issue. And that's when Mark from service called me and told me that he looked further into my situation and he identified that I had the extended warranty on it that would only cost me the deductible. This was the difference between hundreds of out of pocket dollars vs. $100. They could've easily just charged me full price and moved on but they didn't. I just bought a truck from them a few months ago and now I'm having my son's Jeep serviced there..... I will continue to patronize them because they're honest, they do what they say they're going to do, and they treat you like a valued customer. Thank you Mark and thank you Tri-County!!!!

They had us bring the car in early because they knew we needed it for business. They said if somebody cancelled they would fit us in. They kept us up-to-date with what was going on. They did a pre inspection Which was great because we needed little done so we just had them do it for convenience. Great staff!
